Any call now is always answered by an overseas person & when you ask to be transferred to a US service agent…they state “that’s not possible”. We have been customers of ATT landline phone services for local and long distance for over 30 years and have had internet with them for 15 years. Longtime customer of AT&T, Customer service Is major FAIL Called again on Sunday- had to go to a manager- he said he would check the system to see if the lables were already requested- but the system was done and I would get a call back on Monday- asked what time to call I asked for 8:00 am- he asked if there was a time in the afternoon? I said 12:00 as I work for a living! So far regretting my decision to leave Verizon- worst customer service ever!!!! If they can't get their own system to work how are they going to make my plan work? They were going to resend but the system was down. Called another number- they said the labels were created but didn't know why they weren't received. over the phone had me on for minuets as their system was running slow- then told me I have to give tons of information on the phones.

I wait another week with no communication from ATT on progress or an estimated date I will be able to use my phone. No estimate given this time on when the problem would be resolved.

    I go back to the store and am then told the problem is they are taking down the 3g network and waiting for an update from Android. Thursday rolls around and I still can't make calls. First I was told there was a tower outage in my area and it would be fixed on Tuesday. I was not able to make phone calls for 2 months. I would give them a negative number if that were an option.
